From Rooftop 60GHz RF & 10G Fiber
to Conversational Track Operations.

M1 Concourse, Michigan's premier 87-acre automotive venue, 1.5-mile Champion Motor Speedway, and X Center simulator complex in Pontiac, partnered with Aria Technology Group to engineer both the physical RF/fiber backbone and the sovereign agentic operations layer. From non-penetrating rooftop bridge masts and outdoor NEMA RoadKill Nights nodes to 6-bay CAT-6 TrackMan isolation and conversational voice intake, every system operates as a unified enterprise fabric.
An 87-acre speedway and simulator complex cannot run on consumer Wi-Fi and disconnected SaaS tabs.
When tens of thousands of spectators pack the paddock for RoadKill Nights while corporate guests compete inside the X Center's six commercial simulator bays, network jitter and software silos immediately break the guest experience. M1 Concourse required hard-hat physical network engineering: 10 Gbps FortiGate routing, dedicated CAT-6 simulator lanes, rooftop wireless backhaul, and weatherproof outdoor Foundry-wall enclosures, paired directly with an operations layer that unifies MYLAPS race timing, POS, waivers, and sovereign CRM.
Four Engineered Workstreams: From Rooftop Masts to Voice AI
10 Gbps Core Handoff, 7-AP Topology & 6-Bay TrackMan CAT-6 Physical Isolation
- Reconciled historical 8-AP blueprints into a high-density 7-AP production topology (5 high-ceiling entertainment units + 2 weatherproof paddock APs) with full PoE+ budget margin and UPS battery backup.
- Engineered dedicated 1 Gbps home-run CAT-6 physical cabling for all 6 commercial TrackMan simulator bays on an isolated, low-jitter VLAN—preventing packet loss during concurrent multi-bay tournaments.
- Configured FortiGate enterprise core firewall policies, deterministic DHCP reservations, and NAT rules to segment high-density public guest Wi-Fi from POS, restaurant operations, and simulator telemetry.
Non-Penetrating Rooftop Transmission & NEMA Outdoor Event Enclosures
- Staged non-penetrating rooftop ballast mounts (Easy-Up 2-inch x 72-inch masts with protective roof pads) to preserve building membrane warranty while securing clear line-of-sight across the 87-acre campus.
- Constructed permanent Foundry-wall outdoor NEMA-rated distribution enclosures with weatherproof glands, grounding bonding, thermal condensation mitigation, and PoE injection backhauled to root bridges.
- Engineered reusable, ruggedized Portable Event Nodes for RoadKill Nights and major festivals—enabling rapid drop-in high-density wireless across event squares with quick-disconnect power.
Connecting MYLAPS Race Timing, Hospitality POS & Event Reservation Middleware
- Architected real-time middleware bridging trackside MYLAPS timing transponders, X Center simulator telemetry, and hospitality POS terminals into a unified event data bus.
- Eliminated manual spreadsheet reconciliation across private garage owners, corporate track bookings, and public festival ticketing operations.
- Synchronized vendor, contractor, and sponsor telemetry directly into Twenty CRM and project delivery tracking pipelines.
Low-Latency Conversational Voice Concierge, Twenty CRM & Digital Intake
- Deployed conversational Voice AI as the 24/7 front door for guest inquiries, track schedule checks, private garage owner routing, and corporate event intake.
- Self-hosted Twenty open-source CRM as the sovereign system of record—capturing structured call summaries, vendor quotes, and sponsor records with zero per-seat SaaS licensing bloat.
- Integrated high-throughput digital liability waiver execution and automated check-in verification so thousands of festival attendees clear gate intake without queue bottlenecks.
Physical RF & 10G Fiber Core
FortiGate 10 Gbps core routing, Siklu 60GHz Terragraph rooftop wireless bridges, 7-AP X Center topology, NEMA Foundry-wall enclosures, and isolated CAT-6 TrackMan simulator lanes.
Autonomous Voice Operations
First-ring conversational voice agents manage guest inquiries, private garage owner requests, and corporate event routing—logging structured summaries directly to the CRM.
Unified Track Data Bus
Bi-directional middleware connecting MYLAPS trackside timing transponders, simulator telemetry, hospitality POS, and CRM pipelines with zero manual re-entry.
Self-Hosted Enterprise CRM
Sovereign Twenty CRM deployment paired with continuous monitoring for vendor delivery schedules, hardware shipments, and network uptime with human approval checkpoints.
One partner for the physical infrastructure layer and the autonomous operations layer.
Zero-Jitter Simulator & Race Telemetry
By isolating all 6 X Center TrackMan bays on dedicated 1 Gbps CAT-6 paths and backhauling outdoor paddocks via non-penetrating rooftop bridges, guest sessions and MYLAPS timing operate with deterministic low packet latency.
Rapid Event Square Deployment
Weatherproof Foundry-wall and portable NEMA event nodes allow M1 Concourse to activate outdoor festival squares for RoadKill Nights in minutes without trenching new fiber across the speedway.
Sovereign CRM & First-Ring Voice AI
Inbound inquiries, vendor updates, and event bookings are answered by conversational voice intelligence and captured in self-hosted Twenty CRM with complete data sovereignty and zero seat fees.
